CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Morning Classes

Core Conditioning

is 30 condensed Minutes of mat work which focuses on core and abs exercises.  This includes various techniques used to strengthen and tone the core.

Circuits

is a high intensity workout focused on full body functional training using weights and cardio.

Cardio

consists of high intensity calorie burning ranging from spin to boxercise improving overall cardiovascular system.

Bodyweight

does not require any equipment and involves using your own bodyweight for a high intensity full body workout.

Upper/Lower

is divided into two 15 minute workouts. Firstly, focusing on upper body exercises and then progressing on to a lower body workout. This is a varied intensity and will involve weights and body weight exercises to maximise results.

Afternoon Classes

Muscle Mondays

is a weight based workout with high reps focusing on improving muscle endurance and increasing your muscle tone.

Technical Tuesdays

a full body workout focusing on improving exercise technique and learning new movements to add to your daily workout . Will work on improving over fitness conditioning.

Weighted Wednesday

will have a mix of weights and Bodyweight focusing on interval training with the goal of improving overall Cardio

Total Thursdays

Core focused matt based workout with a high volume of reps and low impact on body.

Functional Friday

will a be fit fun class which focuses on a fast paced full body workout with high reps.  It will have your body ready for the weekend !

Evening Classes

Yoga

Probably the most widely practiced method in the world. The emphasis on precision and alignment favours quality of movement over quantity and the use of props makes it accessible to anyone.

 

Bums, Legs and Tums

Taken by Julie this 1-hour class incorporates a mixture of abdominal workouts, lunges, stretches and exercises for the legs, thighs, buttocks and stomach.
Bums, Legs and Tums is designed to tone and build strength, increasing stamina and cardiovascular fitness.
